Buckhorn is a pretty challenging, and beautiful course. This course is quite a well kept secret near the Progress Energy plant, as you won't run into as much traffic here as some other courses. Beware, however, because this course can be as frustrating as pleasant. Many holes feature shots that require shaping the disc over water or reeds. The park is very well kept and features teepads for pro, am, and women. Definitely recommended for players of most skill ranges, but not ideal for very new players. Also not recommended as a "home" course, since Buckhorn can eat your discs before you get a chance to break them in.
